Responsibilities

• Prepares menu items according to standard recipes and presentation.
• Responsible for all sauces, pastas, and grilled items.
• Sets up workstation per station diagram and daily inventory.
• Completes prep work to Chef's standards.
• Maintains product presentation, quality and cook time standards.
• Cleans and sanitizes the work area before, during and after shift.
• Practices sanitary and safe food handling at all times.
• Performs side work and assists other team members as needed.
• Assist in maintaining a safe working environment and present a professional appearance.
