We are seeking a skilled and reliable Pizza Cook (Pizzaiolo) to join our kitchen team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas while maintaining consistency, speed, and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment. You will work with fresh ingredients, follow established recipes, and ensure every pizza meets our standards for taste and presentation.The ideal candidate has a passion for food, strong attention to detail, and the ability to perform efficiently under pressure. You will collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and a great guest experience.

Requirements/Responsibilities
Experience & Skills:Previous experience as a pizza cook, line cook, or similar kitchen role preferredKnowledge of pizza preparation techniques, including dough stretching and oven operationBasic knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipmentUnderstanding of food safety and sanitation standards (certification is a plus)Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistencyPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand for long periods (8+ hours)Capable of lifting up to 40–50 lbsComfortable working in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environmentWork Ethic & Soft Skills:Strong attention to detail and qualityAbility to work under pressure during busy service periodsTeam-oriented with good communication skillsReliable, punctual, and professional attitudeAvailability:Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPreferred Qualifications:Experience with dough preparation and fermentationFamiliarity with different pizza stylesPassion for hospitality and food
