Job summary

Foley Family Wines & Spirits in California is seeking a Seasonal Wine Educator to enhance guest experiences at the hospitality center. You will greet guests, convey the brand story, describe wine club benefits and help convert visitors to memberships.

You’ll support daily tasting room operations, assist with events, handle transactions, restock, and maintain knowledge of the winery portfolio. Candidates should have 2 years of hospitality or tasting room experience, be at least 21, and be able to

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Beginner/novice level wine knowledge with guidance.
• Ability to lift up to 42 lbs.
• Microsoft Office proficiency preferred.
• POS experience preferred.
• Commitment to hospitality excellence and customer service.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and conduct memorable wine experiences.
• Understand and convey the brand story to guests.
• Describe the wine club benefits and assist with memberships.
• Support daily duties including restocking, cleaning, opening and closing.
• Accurately handle routine purchase transactions at the cash register.
• Book guest and member experiences via phone or email.
• Assist with hospitality events as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of winery and wine portfolio.
