Job summary

DJ's Landscape Management in Hastings, MN seeks a Seasonal Watering Crew Member to operate the water truck at contracted sites and care for plant material across Minnesota. The role supports Spring, Summer, and Fall color installs and requires a passion for plants. Training is provided and opportunities exist for career advancement.

This position offers year-round opportunities with potential snow removal duties in winter, and a path for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Driver's license required.
• Must pass a MDOT physical exam.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work independently or as a team.
• Smartphone required.
• Willingness to learn new skills and be coached.

Responsibilities

• Drive the water truck to contracted sites across Minnesota to water plant material.
• Seasonally install and water plant material during Spring, Summer and Fall color installations.
• Receive adequate training to perform duties.

Job Id: 3158 # of Openings: 1 Seasonal Watering Crew Member We’re looking for someone that has a passion for growing flowers and caring for plants! The Seasonal Watering crew member will drive the water truck to all contracted sites across Minnesota to care for and water plant material. This position will initially install/water plant material during Spring, Summer, and Fall Seasonal Color installs. Team Member will be given adequate training in order to perform their duties. All positions offer year-round career opportunities that transition into snow removal tasks in the winter.
