DJ's Landscape Management in St. Joseph, MI is hiring Lawn Maintenance Crew Members. This full-time, year-round role offers on-site work and training for candidates with strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.

You’ll perform mowing, edging, trimming, and landscaping for commercial clients, with potential to advance to Crew Leader and winter snow removal. We offer competitive pay ($17–$19/hr), snow pay, a 401(k) match, health/vision/dental, disability, EAP, boot and rain gear reimbursements,

Qualifications

• No experience required for Crew Member position - we will train the right candidates.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Desire to work with a team to accomplish goals.
• Ability to bend, squat, and lift for extended periods of time.
• Able to work outdoors in a wide variety of conditions for an extended period.

Lawn Maintenance Team Members are responsible for performing landscaping maintenance tasks for our commercial clients, including mowing, edging, trimming, landscaping, and other similar tasks. In the Crew Member role, you will be in the field developing the skills necessary to advance to a Crew Leader position. These are full-time, year-round career opportunities that transition into snow removal tasks in the winter.
