Job summary

OnTrac in West Palm Beach is hiring for a Seasonal Package Handler. This active, hands-on role involves unloading, sorting and loading packages during shifts that may include weekends and holidays. You’ll help keep thousands of packages moving toward their destinations with a team-focused approach.

Role details: approximately 25–30 hours per week, 4–5 days, with seasonal bonuses and weekly pay. Seasonal position from late October to January.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays.
• Background check may be required where permitted by law.
• Able to lift 30–50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Unload, sort, move and load packages weighing 30–50 pounds independently.
• Participate in team lifts for packages up to 50 pounds.
• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently.
• Maintain organized and ready work area for action.
• Work with team to deliver packages to their next destination on time.

Pay: $16

Part-Time: (approximately 4-5 days/week, 25-30 hours total)

• Friday through Tuesday, 1:30AM to 8AM or End of Sort
• Monday through Thursday, 1:30AM to 8AM or End of Sort
• Wednesday through Sunday, 1:30AM to 8AM or End of Sort

Hours may vary based on business needs. "End of Sort" is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

Season Duration*: 10/27/2026 to 1/1/2027

What You’ll Need

To join our team, you’ll need to:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require

Physical Requirements

This is an active warehouse role. With or without reasonable accommodation, you must be able to:

• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull and squat while handling packages
• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout your shift
• Work in hot or cold environments, as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment

Premium Holiday Pay

• Premium pay for hours worked on New Year's Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
