Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with gaming needs, and guiding purchases.
• Support store environment and participate in all holiday sales initiatives.
• Keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure shelves are well-presented.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder.
