Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store environment and merchandising during peak holiday season.
• Collaborate with the team to keep all areas clean, organized, and well-presented.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure products are presented well.
• Help meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions professionally and escalate issues to a store keyholder as needed.
• Follow loss prevention and safety best practices and adhere to store policies.
