Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video gaming needs, recommending items, and thanking guests for visiting GameStop.
• Support store shopping environment and contribute to holiday sales initiatives.
• Collaborate with the store team to keep all areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and presenting products on the floor.
• Help the team meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices and stay aware of scams.
• Adhere to GameStop policies including attendance, confidentiality, and ethical responsibilities.
