Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting them with video gaming needs.
• Support store environment visually and operationally, contributing to holiday sales initiatives.
• Keep store clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Assist in stocking merchandise and ensuring shelves are well-presented.
• Help the store team meet or exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder as needed.
• Assist with inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Follow GameStop policies and procedures, including attendance and confidentiality.
