Job summary

Towne Park, LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles promptly and safely. You will assist guests with luggage and provide directions, reservations, and area information during arrival and departure.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and basic math/English skills. Schedule is seasonal AM/PM/OVN with opportunities for tips and benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work.
• One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Skills: Reading/writing standard English; basic math; time formats; parking operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner; maintain great guest relations.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely; assist with luggage as needed.
• Explain parking rates and procedures; issue/collect tickets and keys.
• Provide directions, assist with taxis/reservations, and relay facility information.
• Deliver messages or guest amenities; shuttle guests as appropriate.
