The Guest Service Associate at Towne Park LLC delivers exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guests’ vehicles promptly and safely. You will assist with luggage handling at arrival and departure, and provide directions, reservations and local information as needed.

Responsibilities include explaining rates, collecting tickets, and ensuring accurate guest folios. A friendly, attentive demeanor and basic math and time-keeping skills are essential for success in this seasonal role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license for the state of employment or nearby.
• Ability to read and write standard English.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and time-keeping tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide attentive hospitality in a friendly manner.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage and delivery/pickup where applicable.
• Explain parking rates and retrieve procedures at arrival.
• Maintain accurate ticket and vehicle records and assist with payments.
