Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Traffic Coordinator to efficiently direct vehicular traffic and provide hospitality during guest arrivals and departures. You will issue valet tickets and uphold site policies while assisting guests with luggage where applicable.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 18+ years old, and knowledge of traffic/valet procedures, with strong English reading/writing skills. Open, varied hours and outdoor duties are involved.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of traffic and valet procedures.
• Must be able to read and write standard English.

Responsibilities

• Directs vehicular traffic and provides attentive, friendly service to guests.
• Directs guests using last name; maintains professional demeanor under pressure.
• Provide directions and inquiries handling; greet guests and maintain proper etiquette.
• Handle daily rate information, tickets, and guest folios; assist with luggage as needed.
• Maintain parking policy compliance and assist with safe vehicle movement.
