Job summary

Micro Center, the nation's leading computer and electronics retailer, is seeking self‑motivated, results‑driven part‑time Technical Support Representatives to join our team at the Corporate Office in Hilliard, OH. You’ll help customers find the right technology solutions while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Availability 9:00 a.m. to midnight, weekends included, with starting pay at $19.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• One year of customer service or related field preferred.
• Strong listening, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound contacts via Phones, Chat, Text, and Email.
• Maintain understanding of current consumer electronics and technology.
• Identify customer needs, clarify information, and offer solutions.
• Personalize support to improve customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document all customer contacts and enter them into the database.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships to ensure teamwork.
• Meet personal and team goals.
