DCL Logistics in Louisville, KY is hiring an IT Support Technician to be the first line of technical support for about 250 employees on the warehouse floor and in the office.

You will diagnose Windows 11 issues, handle logins, password resets, printers and scanners, and peripheral problems, log requests with clear symptoms, and escalate more complex issues to the corporate IT team while keeping asset records and supporting user training.

Qualificações

• Experience providing on-site IT support or help desk experience.
• Familiar with Windows 10/11 and basic networking concepts.
• Ability to document steps and escalate when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as first point of contact for on-site IT issues.
• Diagnose Windows 11 problems, logins, printers, scanners and peripherals.
• Log requests with clear symptoms and escalate to corporate IT when needed.
• Maintain asset records and stock of spare devices and cables.
• Support basic security tasks and user training.
