H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional to help clients navigate diverse tax needs with expert support. You’ll interview clients, prepare returns, and provide IRS assistance while delivering accurate, timely results.

You’ll join an independent office network under the H&R Block umbrella, leveraging advanced tax training and resources to grow client relationships and increase retention. Prior CPA/EA certification and complex returns experience are highly valued.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification.
• Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership).
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax.
• Experience conducting virtual tax interviews.
• Experience with tax planning and audit support.
• Sales and/or marketing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS support (including audit representation for Circular 230 associates).
• Mentor and support teammates.
