Ideal candidates have a degree, CPA/EA certification, and extensive tax experience, including complex returns. You will contribute to client growth and tax accuracy while delivering IRS support.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support (All certification levels can provide tax notice services; Circular 230 associates can provide audit representation)
• Mentor and support teammates
