The role emphasizes delivering accurate tax returns, supporting clients through IRS processes, and mentoring teammates in a fast-paced environment. Prior CPA/EA credentials and 5+ years in tax are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in accounting or related field.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax.
• Experience conducting virtual tax interviews.
• Experience with tax planning and audit support.
• Sales and/or marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support
• Mentor and support teammates
