You will support clients with tax savings opportunities, IRS notices, and audit guidance, working within a collaborative office team to ensure excellent service.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ year of tax prep, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping experience.
• Experience in client-facing advisory roles is required.
• Ability to explain tax concepts in client-friendly language and meet IRS/state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to assess financial situations and provide recommendations.
