H&R Block is seeking a Seasonal Experienced Tax Professional to prepare complete and accurate returns for clients with diverse tax situations. You will interview clients, provide personalized recommendations, and help identify tax savings opportunities using our leading training and technology.

In this in-person role, you will support clients through IRS notices and audits as needed, while building trusted relationships and contributing to a supportive, client-focused office culture.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping, including preparing individual and business returns.
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative, or advisory role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including explaining tax concepts clearly.

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse situations.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand finances and tax implications.
• Provide personalized recommendations and uncover tax savings opportunities.
