You will prepare returns, interview clients, and offer personalized recommendations using leading training and tools. This in-person role develops tax expertise while contributing to client relationships.

The position emphasizes delivering accurate tax services, identifying savings opportunities, and supporting clients with IRS notices and audits within a collaborative office.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation or related fields.
• Experience in a client-facing, advisory role.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to assess financial situations and implications.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and promote applicable H&R Block products.
• Provide IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance.
• Collaborate with team and maintain a positive client-focused office environment.
