This in-person role emphasizes complex tax situations, both individual and business returns, with ongoing education and an incentive plan tied to impact and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation or related field.
• Prepare individual and business returns and provide client guidance.
• Must complete continuing education and IRS/state requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Conduct client interviews to assess financial situations and tax implications.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and relevant Block products.
• Provide IRS support and audit guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a positive client-focused office.
