Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional to serve clients with diverse tax needs, backed by advanced tax training and a supportive team.

You will conduct tax interviews in person and via virtual tools, prepare accurate tax returns, and help grow the client base while providing IRS support. A CPA/EA certification and 5+ years in accounting or tax are preferred.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support (All certification levels can provide tax notice services; Circular 230 associates can provide audit representation)
• Mentor and support teammates
