Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional to serve clients with diverse tax needs and provide advanced training support to succeed.

As part of a dedicated team, you will conduct tax interviews, prepare accurate returns, and help grow the business by enhancing client relationships and offering additional services. A CPA/EA or active credential is preferred; high standards of compliance apply.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support
• Mentor and support teammates
• Must complete continuing education requirement and meet all other IRS and applicable state requirements
• High school diploma / equivalent or higher
