• Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership).
• Experience conducting virtual tax interviews via video, phone, chat, or email.
• Experience with tax planning and audit support.
• Sales and/or marketing experience to grow client base.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face-to-face and through virtual tools.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS support (including audit representation for applicable certifications).
