You will conduct tax interviews face to face or virtually, prepare complete tax returns, and help grow the client base while maintaining high service standards. The role requires a strong background in accounting or tax, CPA/EA credentials preferred, and experience with individual returns.

Qualifikationen

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support (certified levels can provide audit representation)
• Mentor and support teammates
• Experience completing individual returns and working in a fast-paced environment with virtual tools
