You will prepare accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses, conduct in-depth client interviews, and offer personalized recommendations and tax-saving opportunities. This role is in-person at a local H&R Block office, with industry-leading training and an incentive plan that rewards your impact as you grow in tax expertise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of tax preparation or related experience.
• Experience in client-facing, advisory roles.
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financial situations and tax implications.
• Provide personalized recommendations and identify tax-saving opportunities.
• Provide IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with team and maintain a positive, client-focused office culture.
