Jackson Hewitt in Bucks County, PA is seeking a Seasonal Experienced Tax Preparer to deliver expert tax guidance, prepare multiyear forms, and assist clients through IRS processes. You will conduct face-to-face interviews and support e-filing and client reviews.

You’ll help grow the business with strong customer service, timely responses, and collaboration with team members. Flexible schedules include day, night, weekends and both full-time or part-time options, making this a great entry point

Qualificações

• 2+ seasons of tax experience required.
• Experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership returns.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent license is a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct face-to-face tax interviews with clients.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Answer client calls via our national call center routing system.
• Answer tax related questions and provide future tax planning to clients in a timely fashion.
• Collection and processing of clients’ payments while ensuring timely deposits.
• Marketing and business generation efforts.
• Support office priorities through teamwork and collaboration.
• Mentor and support teammates, providing guidance and in some cases acting as a lead.
• This position has access to and regularly works with information of a sensitive, highly confidential nature which requires a working knowledge of the business.
