H&R Block is seeking a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional to prepare comprehensive tax returns, conduct client interviews (in-person and virtual), and provide IRS support. You will help grow the client base while delivering accurate tax services and compliance with applicable standards.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in accounting or related field, with CPA/EA credentials preferred, and have strong communication skills for both in-person and virtual interactions.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support
• All certification levels can provide tax notice services
