Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s in accounting or related field, CPA/EA certification, and 5+ years in accounting/tax, including experience with virtual interviews and tax planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required.
• CPA or EA certification preferred.
• Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership).
• 5+ years of accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax experience.
• Experience conducting virtual tax interviews.
• Experience with tax planning and audit support.
• Sales and/or marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS support.
