Qualifications

• Completion of the HR Block Income Tax Course or equivalent tax training.
• Experience interacting with customers or clients in service context.
• Strong communication and ability to explain information clearly.

• Comfort with digital tools, including AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
