Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course.
• Customer service experience in a service environment.
• Clear communication and ability to ask questions to understand needs.
• Strong problem solving and information organizing skills.
• Comfort using digital tools, including AI-based tools.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support.
