No prior tax experience is required. You’ll earn a competitive hourly rate and have opportunities to increase earnings as you gain tax knowledge and grow in the role, with flexible hours during peak season.

Formación

• Experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
• Ability to explain information clearly.
• Comfort using digital tools including AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support.
