H&R Block in Massachusetts is seeking a seasonal Tax Associate to join our in-office tax team. You’ll meet with clients to gather information, prepare tax returns, and answer questions with training from experienced teammates.

No prior tax experience is required; you’ll learn on day one and earn a competitive hourly rate. You’ll identify tax savings opportunities and build strong client relationships through collaboration with the office team.

Formación

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course or equivalent.
• Experience interacting with customers or clients in a service-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain information clearly.
• Problem-solving ability and willingness to learn in a team setting.
• Comfort using digital tools and AI-based systems.
