H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Tax Associate to join our in-person tax office in Massachusetts. No prior tax experience is required; you’ll receive training and work directly with clients to gather information and prepare returns, while building client relationships.

Earn an hourly rate with opportunities to increase as you grow tax knowledge. Responsibilities include meeting clients, explaining tax information clearly, identifying savings opportunities, and collaborating with teammates

Competenze

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills, including explaining information clearly.
• Problem-solving skills, including organizing information and identifying solutions.
• Comfort using digital tools and AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma / GED / equivalent.
