Job summary

H&R Block is hiring a Seasonal Tax Associate to work in-person at a local tax office. You will meet with clients, gather information, and prepare tax returns with guidance from experienced teammates. You will explain tax information clearly and identify savings opportunities while delivering excellent client service.

No prior tax experience is required as training and support start from Day 1. You can earn an hourly rate with potential increases as you gain tax knowledge and build expertise

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service environments is preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to explain information clearly.
