No prior tax experience is required; you’ll earn an hourly rate with opportunities to increase earnings as you build tax knowledge and grow in the role. Availability for peak tax-season hours is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in a service-oriented environment is desirable.
• Completion of tax-related course or training is a plus.
• Strong communication and question-asking to uncover client needs.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support.
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend products/services.
• Apply problem-solving skills to address client questions with guidance.
• Build strong client relationships and support office priorities.
