Qualifications

• Completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course
• Experience in customer service or client-facing environments
• Strong communication and needs assessment skills

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations in an understandable way
• Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend relevant products and services
• Apply problem-solving to address questions with guidance and available resources
• Build strong client relationships and support office priorities through teamwork and collaboration
