You’ll meet with clients, gather information, and prepare tax returns with support from experienced teammates. Expect training and a focus on client service, with opportunities to increase earnings as tax knowledge grows.

The role is in-person at a local H&R Block tax office, with evening/weekend availability during tax season and a target of 15–35 hours per week, up to 40 hours during peak periods.

Qualificações

• Experience in a service-oriented environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain tax information clearly and ask questions to understand needs.
• Comfort using digital tools and AI-based tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
