H&R Block is seeking a Seasonal Tax Associate to join our tax office in Kentucky. You’ll meet with clients, gather information, and prepare tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates.

You’ll explain tax information clearly and identify savings opportunities to recommend relevant products and services. No prior tax experience is required; you’ll earn a competitive hourly rate and build valuable client-service skills through hands-on practice and teamwork during peak tax

Formación

• Successful completion of the HR Block Income Tax Course
• Experience interacting with customers in a service-oriented environment
• Strong communication skills, including explaining information clearly and asking questions
• Problem-solving skills, including organizing information and identifying solutions
• Comfort using digital tools and AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT
• High school diploma / GED or equivalent

Responsabilidades

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations in a way clients can easily understand
• Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend relevant products and services
• Apply problem-solving skills to analyze client information and address questions or unique situations with guidance and available resources
• Build strong client relationships and support office priorities through teamwork, collaboration, and a client-first approach
