This in-person role offers a competitive hourly rate and growth as you learn. Availability includes evenings and weekends during tax season; 15–40 hours per week may be possible.

Formación

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment.
• Strong communication skills to explain information clearly.
• Problem solving and organizing information.
• Comfort using digital tools such as Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma or GED required.
