Job summary

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course
• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain information clearly
• Problem-solving and information organizing skills
• Comfort with digital tools and systems including AI-based tools

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations clients can understand
• Identify tax savings opportunities and relevant products/services
• Analyze client information and address questions with guidance
• Build strong client relationships and support office priorities through teamwork
