Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in tax preparation or related fields.
• Experience in client-facing advisory roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to explain tax concepts clearly.
• Must meet IRS/state continuing education requirements and licensing.
