Qualifications

• Completion of the HR Block Tax Knowledge Assessment
• At least 2 years of tax preparation or related experience
• Experience in client-facing advisory roles
• Must meet IRS and state requirements
• High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete tax returns for individuals and businesses
• Conduct client interviews to assess financial situations
• Identify tax saving opportunities and Block products
• Provide IRS support and audit guidance as needed
• Collaborate with team to maintain a positive office environment
