Qualifications

• Complete HR Block Tax Knowledge Assessment 1.
• 2+ years of experience in tax preparation or related fields, incl. individual and business returns.
• Experience in client-facing, consultative or advisory roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication; explain concepts clearly to clients.
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses.
