Five Below in Berlin, MD is seeking a Seasonal Support Lead for part-time hours to help run daily store operations and deliver WOW customer service. You will train crew, supervise daily activities, and step in as Manager on Duty as needed to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

You’ll oversee receiving, stocking, merchandising, and ensure open/close procedures are followed. The role requires flexibility, strong communication, and the ability to work a varied schedule including weekends.

• Ensure crew members deliver WOW Customer Service through personal contact with customers.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience and ensure fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and monitor performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick shelf placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staff issues.
• Open or close the store as needed, secure cash, lock doors, and ensure readiness for the day.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising and World Recovery procedures.
• Perform routine store maintenance including cleaning and stock-room upkeep.
