Job summary

Five Below is looking for dynamic team members to lead store operations and deliver WOW customer service. As a manager on duty, you’ll supervise daily activities, oversee opening/closing, and ensure safe, efficient store operations while delivering fast, friendly service.

Starting at $11.50 per hour, this hourly position supports merchandising, guest experience, training, and cross-functional collaboration with the store leadership team to boost sales and control expenses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong customer service and team leadership abilities.
• Flexibility to work day, evening, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and staff.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking of new merchandise.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and manage store operations.
• Open or close the store as required and secure cash and doors.
