Job summary

Five Below is seeking an experienced store leader to ensure exceptional customer experiences and smooth daily operations at our Westerville location. You will supervise crew, train staff, and oversee merchandising to drive sales.

The role requires managing the front-end experience, assisting with stock, and acting as Manager on Duty when needed. This is an hourly, on-site position starting at $12.50 with flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring that each guest has a fast, friendly check-out experience.
• Oversee the daily activities of all store associates, ensuring they perform their duties effectively and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, taking responsibility for store operations, staff management, and customer service.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms for a smooth daily operation.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Perform store maintenance including cleaning, stocking, and building upkeep.
