Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members wow customers through personal contact.
• Trains crew on the best customer service experience for fast, friendly check-out.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures duties are performed well.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to place items on the sales floor quickly.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations, staff management, and urgent issues.
• Occasionally manages opening/closing, cash, doors, alarms, and daily operations.
