Five Below is hiring a Seasonal Support Lead Part Time in Hiram, GA. You will supervise store activities, train associates, and support daily operations to ensure a fast, friendly checkout and excellent guest experience.

As a lead, you will help manage merchandising, assist with receiving, and step in as Manager on Duty when required. The role requires flexibility for a seasonal schedule and strong communication skills.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and remain composed under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure crew wow customers with personal contact and fast checkout.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily store operations and staff performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking merchandise.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and oversee store operations.
